The service was terrible and the store is filthy dirty !! The bins of toppings looked gross … I won’t go back to this

I occasionally visit this location since we have very few healthy takeout options in our town. However, the customer service experience alone might deter me from returning. The staff often seem cold and distant. Moreover, during my recent visit, the employee assisting me was on a personal call through her AirPods while taking my order, which I found to be both strange and unprofessional.

I've been going to Pita Pit since 2007 in kingston when I used to go to college and from 2007 till now I have been to many pita pit across the province and I never had any bad experience with the way the pita was made, or service being unpleasant or the atmosphere being bad but today, I just moved to this town less than a month ago I was excited to get a good pita great service but unfortunately the girl behind the counter not wearing uniform or a pita pit wiser and I bought a few pita all rolled badly the girl didn't care what a waste of money and time. I'm never coming back to this location. Worst service and poorly rolled pitas this is unacceptable.

I wish this location was better but they do a poor job putting the pitas together. Sauce all to one side, and too much of it usually. The bread will often be ready to fall apart and often my pita will already have a hole or two in it as soon as I unwrap it. Combine that with the excessive sauce and it is a real mess to eat.
