On a rare occasion when I had time to sit down and enjoy on premises, Elias pointed me to the wonderful outside area. Delightful place to sit in crisp autumn sunshine, dive into my work and delight in strong flat white and a pastry.
Breakfast at 2 Doors Down. Pancakes with all the essentials for a little indulgence. From Georgina’s Brekkie to Hummus On Sourdough, every meal is a delight. On most mornings you will find internationally acclaimed and highly awarded writer Terry Dowling in his usual place. Terry will be working on a short story or his latest novel. Here he is signing a copy of his latest published short story “The Key To Mabella” with George, a fan of his work. Georgina is always busy being the perfect host.

The food at this cafe is fantastic, it truly is a must try. I live locally in the area and I stop in from time to time and it always blows me away. The owners are super friendly and are always down for a chat. Definitely pop in if you are in the area
My first stop for coffee in Gladesville, always! Went for lunch on Saturday with friends from out of town and Georgina was incredibly welcoming .. we enjoyed a Lebanese feast tasty, fresh, colourful and perfectly complemented with their home made pickled radish and delicious salad dressing! Have never felt more at home when eating out. Congratulations to Georgina, Eli and the lovely team 2 Doors Down!
