The endless fries are a joke. It took a half hour to get anymore. Very poor service.

Waitress gave my 81 year old mom the stink eye while my mom didn't give a 20% tip. My mom was trying to round her bill to an even dollar amount, which was around an 18% tip. Was going to put a couple of dollars down but not after stink eye.

Very family and kid friendly! Service varies depending on the server.

My wife and I recently visited Red Robin for lunch. The food was decent, nothing particularly remarkable. However, what disappointed me was the service related to my beer order.After requesting a beer, it took an unexpectedly long time to arrive. I even had to ask for it a second time. The waitress explained that she was waiting for the bartender to open the bar. Strangely, I had a direct view of the bar and noticed the bartender making two drinks. It left me wondering, how long does it take to pour a beer? The delay in receiving a simple drink was frustrating and detracted from the overall dining experience.

Smoked provolone cheese and crispy edge pepperoni, with thin crust pizza is the best I have ever had! Better than the pizza I had in Italy.
