Mcdonald's - Federal Way

The manager at this site is incredibly unfriendly, Unfortunately, my mobile order did not show up on his(her) screen/system, but when I showed him(her) my receipt on my phone, he(she) refused to accept it, and told me he can 't just give out food for 'FREE '. which made me quite uncomfortable, I had a receipt paying for the food. I ask for his supervisor, and he hands me a piece of paper with Door dash/Food delivery phone number to call... I hope the store manager should handle the situation more professionally, instead of making customer feels unwelcome.

Service was good but had a stomach ache just from eating the McChicken I just hope they're not leaving frozen food out then having it thawed out, making room and doing inventory then refreezing because that'll definitely make someone sick as all hell. Service was friendly and fast though. Fast food ain't good for ya but I needed a quick late night bite.

If I could give 100 I certainly would! This has got to be one of the best McDonald's I've been to on a regular basis. The food is ALWAYS correct, ALWAYS hot, and even when there's a line for drive through wrapped around the parking lot, they are ALWAYS so quick and all while being some of the nicest employees I've seen working at a McDonalds! Great job SERIOUSLY! I appreciate this whole crew! Stay Happy, Stay Healthy, Stay GREAT!!!

This McDonald's location is without a doubt my favorite in the area! The food is always served quickly and piping hot. I am willing to travel a longer distance just to make sure my meal is perfect on the first try.

There's a lot of playing around and less attention on the customers. They don't greet you appropriately inside or drive through. When I visited, the people at both drive through windows never said a word to me. I live a couple blocks away but I will drive 3 miles to the other McDonald's!
