Whether you choose to dine in, take out, or order online, this place has you covered. Don't miss out!
At these price points, Primo is seriously falling short in quality. You're not getting what you pay for. I ordered a $14 Bada Boom sandwich and was served burned chicken with barely any provolone. To make matters worse, the Makkaroni salad was packed six days ago and had a shelf life that extended fifteen days beyond that. Fresh ingredients, as advertised by Primo? Definitely not.
I typically enjoy Primo, but I find it to be quite pricey. It's a special occasion when I decide to indulge. However, I'm really disappointed with the sandwich I just received. There are several issues: the chicken is burnt (I ordered the whacked chicken), the roll is overly soft from too much pesto, and the cheese was cold and didn't melt at all. I'm really let down, especially since I was looking forward to this. Additionally, the staff on the phone weren't very friendly either.
After I tried to order a tray, I was hung up because I called at a time that wasn't convenient for her. They said they would try their best to call back, and I asked if they would rather try another place where they reacted with good luck, they will say no and hang up
Apparently it is to much to ask to put mayonnaise on the sandwich. They just give you packets.
