Wendy's - Fayetteville

I love Wendy 's food this is the only Wendy 's in town that I will eat from. However the last 2 times that i have been here, i get up to the speaker to order they say, Sorry but we are only taking mobile orders . Sucks when ur just getting off work, trying to get dinner for your family rush home with a hot meal.

Wendy's is Wendy's what do you expect. I still don't understand why I cannot get hot fries. Even when I ask for them without salt I live less than 5 minutes away and they're cold every time I come home. And I ordered my neighbor a double baconator and he got a single so not only did I get cold fries I got shorted out of my order which cost me more money. Happens all the time there's no way to check those sandwiches while you're sitting in the Drive-Thru I wish they would just pay a little more attention but they're always very friendly I have to say so that counts for something in my book but overall I would really rather get what I pay for hot fries and the correct order

Worse fast food place. Service extremely slow. Manager arguing with staff. Left after waiting 15 minutes with 4 people in line in front of us when we got there and 3 people in line still in front of us when we gave up and left.

Soft drinks are Always horrible. Quality of food is disappointing. Too many times I've ordered sweet tea from here and the tea is unsweetened. I'm tired of always being asked for money in the driveway by homeless people.

I waited in the drive through for 10mins with no one moving before trying to go inside. Dinning room was closed at this location October 13th around 7:30pm or the doors were just locked. I had to get back in line and wait another 20mins before any cars moved. Spent about 45mins here in total
