Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Fayetteville

Stopped in after Starbucks line was wrapped around the building and in the road. We wanted something cool to drink on a hot July day. We decided on a Watermelon mojito. It was very refreshing. The service in the store was very awkward. It was not very welcoming. All of the employees had earphones in their ears. I had to repeat myself several times. The good review is mainly for the drink and not the service. Although after we ordered the smoothie it was very quick. I would reorder the Watermelon mojito.

First time trying tropical smoothie didn’t have to wait long , but there was such a rude lady that was making such a big deal about signing a paper.if that’s the rules just follow them and go about your day! The food is good I love my smoothie I ordered I’ll definitely be coming back!!

Amazing friendly staff, they have a sign that clearly states you might experience longer wait times due to short staff but they still remain attentive and update you during your wait. Food is always fresh and tasty and the facility is clean.

Smoothie was good and my food was hot and tasted very good all staff were busy working with attentive attitudes and from the time I ordered to the time I got my food it was only a few minutes

The place is clean and I saw the manger doing random temperature tests for the workers. The staff clean their hands every time they make new order . There is a waiting time to get your order done,
