This was the best Chick fil A experience I've had in a long time! We came late about 45 minutes before closing and there was no wait at all. The staff was all surprisingly cheerful and attentive even though it was so close to closing. Our order was ready in no time and it was completely accurate.

A walk down memory lane for me. The original chicken was a childhood memory of the mall and a time when they gave you free samples. I had more than my share of those. I think I have made up for it coming back as a paid customer for 30 plus years. The food is wonderful and the customer service is my pleasure!

I redeemed a FREE spicy chicken sandwich for my youngest paid for a small fry. I called back to the raeford road location where I originally ordered, Zach was so kind told me for the drive he will redeem a saandwich fry for no cost because I told him it takes a while for my drive thank you. I am still very satisfied

2 stars because food was great. Otherwise, service sucked. Went through the drive thru and the girl who took my order barely made eye contact or spoke, acted more annoyed that I was there. Skibo location always has polite and punctual people, will not return to Raeford Road location.
