Garde Manger - FAVARA

Although I had booked for a week, I had to wait 1h and 50 to start dinner. After the remonstrations came the appetizers. Very rude staff. When I was still eating chips, with still something in the dish, the boy at the tables even paraded it. The dishes were not bad but, I think education, respect and love for their work make a difference. I invite the owner to be more careful in the selection of staff because, honestly, I won't be back... just for the reserved treaty

Very friendly, friendly staff and ready to meet the demands made. In a few minutes we were served and we enjoyed an excellent appetizer served with freshly baked hot bread. We continued with first and second and we left the local sazi and satisfied. The owner's sympathy and the real flavors of our land push us back to this restaurant!
