La Taqueria El Torito - Farmington

It took 1 hour to receive 5 tacos and 1 quesadilla. I wish they had provided an estimated wait time. The person next to me enjoyed the tacos. I ordered the quesadilla and 1 taco. Despite being frustrated with the long wait, I must say the steak quesadilla was surprisingly delicious. I'm not a fan of tacos, so it wasn't a big deal for me. Unfortunately, the server did not apologize for the lengthy wait. We might consider giving them another chance.

Love eating! fresh and ordered, always worth waiting!? there is only one man who works the grill, so they have geduld. treat all these bad reviews, eat quickly. they respect and get a note when there are many people they will wait. that's not a false, almost food-like.

I drove to the restaurant to place an order and thought it was open because the bright lights on the Taco truck were up. When I opened my door to order, a young girl informed me that they were closed. I explained that I thought they were still open because their lights were on. She seemed tired, just as I was hungry and tired. When I asked why she misled me, she became aggressive, making rude gestures and threatening to attack me until the manager intervened. I will be reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau today. This behavior was extremely unprofessional. The manager was in my face twice as I left, even holding my door open as I tried to close it, making it necessary for me to push it away from my truck to close it. I recorded the last part of the encounter before leaving, and the manager came back out without saying a word. This all happened so quickly. Why did they prioritize the comfort of their young employees over serving a customer? This kind of behavior from both the manager and the staff is unacceptable. It has been two years, and I cannot believe this behavior is still occurring. Customers are always right, and whatever misinformation they have been told is likely untrue.

Me and my husband have been eating here ever since we found out how good the place is. At the beginning was a great amount of food but time as we go back the portion of food get less and more less. We still love to go back to get more tacos.
