I watched someone behind the counter mope around, no drive, my coffee got skipped asked the guy where it was he didn’t know. I’m not saying that they need to rush wI have seen other Dunkin’s with there employees getting things served in a timely manner. Customers in and out. I left with out getting my coffee because I was going to be late where I had to be. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The staff who served me were incredibly charming and prepared our coffee and grilled cheeses with such care. The service was heartwarming, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. Despite being extremely understaffed, they remained composed and friendly. I hope they have a wonderful day! Rating: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered two iced coffees and waited over 35 minutes for some overpriced drinks. After all that time, I had to reorder because they completely forgot my initial order. I noticed several other customers experiencing the same problem, and the staff seemed to be putting in very little effort. I definitely won't be returning. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10
