The creamy broccoli soup and BBQ chicken sandwich always hit the spot but let me rave about the caramel Frappaccino ???? love it. DELIVERY SUGGESTION: Placing a covering over the hole in the lid for delivery (for spills and sanitary purposes)

I just picked up breakfast, and my avocado sandwich is absolutely delicious. The cashier was very sweet, and the coffee is fresh. The woman who made my sandwich clearly put a lot of love into it because it's amazing. I've been to many Panera Breads, and this one is definitely the best, hands down!

I found a screw in my chicken sandwich, and when I tried calling, no one answered. Panera, if you see this, please look into it. I placed my order on November 10, 2022, around 7:30 PM. My total was $44.93, and I ordered two broccoli cheddar soups, a turkey BLT, and the chicken sandwich.

By the way, I've read other reviews mentioning "rude" or "inattentive" staff, but I found everyone to be quite professional here. Although I must admit, as a white male, I sometimes overlook my privilege. One interesting feature of the restaurant is that they have a fireplace—go figure.

Overall, it's a decent place, but they really don't label the sandwiches or check the appropriate box on the labels.
