Domino's Pizza - Farmers Branch

Easter Sunday 3/31/2024 we walked in the store and the guy with the long hair already acting annoyed asked if we were picking up and as soon as we said no new order he rolled his eyes and started shaking his head, we proceeded to ask for specials to which he quickly and rudely stated there are no In store specials if we wanted specials we would need to order on line. We stepped back said we would order online instead and proceeded to leave did not feel welcomed at all.

Sent a dried out pizza .. I called and Chris the person who answered the phone said they would replace it , waited 50 minutes called back and was told that Chris never told anyone to remake it.I went up to Dominos with pizza and receipt..I asked Chris if he had told them to remake pizza he said yes he did but that they probably didnt hear them because they were busy.Ask to speak with manager the guy told me that was how Dominos makes their thin crust pizza it was dry and looked like it sat there all day) I told him no ,that ive been getting pizza from Dominos a long time and it didnt look like that.He insisted that it did and that it was looking like that because it sat for an hour before I brought it backAnd to make matters worse my receipt was for 10.99 plus tax but he would only give me back 10.00 . I showed him the receipt but insisted I only paid 10.00 in-spite of what the receipt said ..I was getting upset and he said he was done talking to me and for me to just leave I took a photo of the pizza as soon as I saw it ,see for yourself what it looked like!Dont waste your time with this locationUnprofessional crooks

Appreciate dominos for answering my call about this pizza not having buffalo sauce.. not making it a massive big deal but please check an make sure the order is right before letting the driver taking it out for

This is my local dominos store and we’ve ordered from here hundredths of times. We always been happy with our food. This time I decided to order a brownie cookie. Im confused cause I don’t think it’s suppose to look like this! Should it be this thin or burnt looking? We ripped a piece out to try it. Just wondering.

Sara is the worst delivery driver I've ever experienced in my life. Will call over and over again and force you to come out to her cigarette ridden car to get food because she's too lazy to walk it up to your door. Bad service.
