Hy-vee Market Grille Express

We had a group of 13. only a few other tables. the waitress didn't know what came with them. she was good with the drinks. most of us had salatable what was in order. only 5 persons ordered meals. everyone had made several trips to salatbar and we eat before eating for the others! it took almost 45 minutes to get their food, and two meals were children's meals! ridiculous! would not recommend it here!

Very good food, but the employee that was sitting at the bar(not in uniform) talking to the two servers was taking away time and attention to the customers. Seemed very clicky . Customers dont want to hear about personal issues while trying to enjoy their meal.

Worse service ever! The cook doesn't have a clue how to do basted eggs. No they are not the same as poached! Get a cook book and learn. Also not everyone likes A1 steak sauce!

The waitress’s didn’t give our table any attention. Waited 15 minutes once we got there to get a menu and we had to get up and go ask because no one was coming to the table. Once ordered, waited at-least 30+ minutes for our food. The food was VERY disappointing and the eggs weren’t fully cooked.
