Rosey's Bistro - Fargo

Beautiful design and wonderful atmosphere! Tonight we listen to Broadway Show Tunes Karaoke Style! Chris is an excellent server and is so incredibly helpful in selecting food or drinks. I didn't like my first choice when he tried something new, and he was completely consistent and offered me to make me another, and then I opened one! It was wonderful. Give Rosey a try!

Love this place... the decor is beautiful and the dishes and drinks are unique and all delicious. The salted Caramel Brownie house tonight with us for my wife's birthday. Oh, my, you must definitely try it, although chocolate smoke could be a better description!

This is an amazing restaurant. It is a refreshing and private feeling environment. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The food was great, my friend had the snobby frenchman who is walnuts, cheese and caramelized apples, and I had a sandwich that I can't remember the name, but had an artichoke dimmer on it. HIGHLY recommend both. My favorite place to eat in downtown.

Atmosphere, decor, and craftsmanship of the interior was a great marriage of vintage and modern styles. The food was OUTSTANDING! Best beer cheese soup I've ever had and the Cuban grilled cheese was great. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. I will be back again...and again :
