Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Fargo

We had a very friendly young woman who took our order and service and food to our table was terrific. One of the best Dairy Queens we've been to in quite some time. The seats weren't very comfortable though but the kindness of employees made up for it. I would recommend going here to anyone who wants good food and friendly staff.

Ordered 2 medium cones. 1 was the size of a small and the other was a medium. Price was quite a bit higher than the other DQ’s we’ve been to in Fargo.

Got my order wrong. Has been happening more frequently since t hey reopened after the remodel.

This location is waaay more expensive than the location right down the street. Check the app for price differences between this location and the one in west fargo.

I took my children through the drive-thru at the 13th avenue dairy Queen across from Wendy's. When I arrived home I discovered my daughter's a french fries were not included, my son's barbecue sauce was not included and my chili cheese dog did not have cheese on it. I called them and the customer service was abysmal. It took him 10 minutes to determine that I actually had gone through the drive-thru about 10 minutes prior to my phone call and and eventually asked me what I thought he should do about it. I said I feel like I should get some kind of compensation because I didn't get everything I ordered. Then I said never mind it's obviously too much trouble for you. He yelled at me and hung up.
