Great food. Fresh fish. Chips superb. Most of all, staff were fantastic hayley and iona are true professionals. We will be back......!

Purchased a family sized portion of chips which can only be described as medium at best for £4.60. Poorly wrapped and when asked for a carrier bag the staff informed me that it was now the law to charge for this. After checking this seems factually incorrect unless they have another 245 staff hidden away somewhere. Chips were okay but a large amount of very dark chips scattered in with the better ones.

We are so disappointed that our local fish and chip shop is so awful. Rude lady at the desk who doesn't listen to your full order. Food sloppy, greasy and VERY small portions. They don't take card at all. We have to drive to Pauls Plaice in Bishops Waltham whenever we fancy fish and chips! Much better.

I had lunch, and while the portions are smaller than at some fish and chip shops, that suited me. The serving lady is typically Wickham unfriendly (but courteous) towards strangers, the food was freshly cooked and very good.
