Traveled hundreds of miles to get here. So much better than any local DQ I’ve been to in In Maryland. Service is fast and they load you up on toppings and add ins. My Oreo blizzard was lit up. Come here. You won’t be sorry.

Great place for DQ ice cream! There can be a long line sometimes but it's always moving. The employees are super friendly and fast. It's our go to in Falmouth.

Five stars is an easy decision for Milk Queen! I have a fantastic idea for a new blizzard flavor: Duncan Hines Yellow Cake. That would be incredible!

Is it really necessary to write a review? Probably not! But we definitely love Dairy Queen! As soon as we saw the owners preparing for the opening in April, we couldn't wait to enjoy their soft serve ice cream, which is always delicious! My personal favorite is definitely the waffle cone with rainbow sprinkles, but nothing makes my children happier than a classic vanilla ice cream cone! Whatever your taste, I promise you'll find a great treat to enjoy!
