Great China - Fallbrook

New in the area, so wanted to eat the best local places and treat friends when they visit. It's a little restaurant, but I think it's best. Great China didn't disappoint. The tables were clean and the place was well lit. Nancy, one of the owners, was pleasant and served our drinks quickly and gave us the time we needed to go over their big menu. The food was quickly and hotly brought to the table. Everything we ordered was just as promised. Good portions, good tasting, fair prices. I found Great China a place I would recommend to everyone.

This restaurant is fantastic! It's a cozy, family-run establishment, and the husband and wife who manage it are incredibly friendly and delightful. As someone from the East Coast, I find this place reminiscent of the Chinese restaurants back home, both in terms of food and decor. They clearly prepare the food to order, which guarantees freshness—you can even see them gathering the ingredients after you place your order. The meals are always served quickly, usually within 15 minutes. In my opinion, this is definitely my favorite Chinese spot and far better than most others I’ve tried. The only downside is that it is a bit pricier than Chinese restaurants on the East Coast, but that's just the nature of Southern California.

This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. The owners are kind and welcoming, and the food is consistently fresh and tasty. My favorite dish is the TaiChen Chicken. The egg drop soup is AMAZING and a must-try if you're feeling under the weather—I swear by it! The sweet and sour sauce is the best I've ever had. Prices are reasonable and competitive for the generous portions you get. I highly recommend several dishes here, including Mongolian beef, pork fried rice, dumplings, and egg rolls—all are delicious!

My husband and I went here 2 years ago when we first started dating while looking for a good Chinese place which seems to be impossible here in SoCal. We fell absolutely in love with this place. The couple that runs this place are so incredibly nice and make it very enjoyable to be here. The food is amazing, all the meat seems to just melt in your mouth, there’s lots to choose from, and the prices are great compared to a lot of Chinese places around here.

I absolutely love the food here! I've never ordered anything that I didn't enjoy. The woman serving is very friendly, and I've seen her around for the past 10 years.
