Hibachi Japanese Steak House

Wow! This place is incredible! The food is delicious, and the service is outstanding. Some people mention that the floor is sticky, but I found it to be clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy—it's not upscale, but it’s definitely not dirty or unpleasant either. I’ve been here multiple times, and it has never let me down. I absolutely love it here and will definitely return!

I’m really impressed by the improvements in cleanliness! We visit this restaurant several times a year for holidays, birthdays, and cravings, and the food and service were the only reasons we kept returning, despite the place needing a good clean. However, on our recent visits, the floors are in much better condition, there are no drips from the hoods, and the tables are no longer sticky! I'm thrilled that we can continue coming back—possibly even more often now—and I'm excited to see it returning to the quality it had when I first visited years ago.

I hosted a going-away dinner for eight friends on Monday night, and the service was outstanding! Our waitress was new, but both she and her trainer were incredibly patient and provided helpful information to those in our group who had never experienced Hibachi before. The chef was entertaining and made the meal even more enjoyable. The food was delicious! It was an overall perfect evening. Thank you!

This place is under New Management, and boy is Kevin doing a great job! We came last night and honestly this location is our favorite hibachi to go to, we’ve been to independence and breaksville, but none add up to the experience we got here. The staff was great, our server she was on top of everything-never left me with half or less of my Pepsi. And the food was delicious. Everything was clean, and everyone was just so kind. Very, very impressed and we will be back. Keep up the good work!
