White Castle - Fairview Heights

We ordered our food after 5 minutes of waiting at the drive thru. We are still sitting in line 15 minutes after ordering, haven’t yet paid. It is slow and the service is very poor.

Everything was fine had a bit of a wait but that's understandable considering it was only 1 person working (cooking and on the cash register kudos to her) other then that the food was good

Simple drive thru order placed. But there were 2 places to order. One was inoperative with no sign indicating such. About those yummy lil' burgers...delicious and hot!

Burgers had a stale/old flavor. Corporate is sending subpar products to the restaurant.

I know ppl complain but I wanna say every time I’ve ever came here every worker has been so sweet. For years. Idk who the young man is with the glasses and the dreads working today 7.24.27 @8pm but he is a great asset to their team. Very kind and great service!
