Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

This place is great and would definitely come back. the staff is great, eating is fresh and on the point and we are kept with their sanitation. I would have this chain in miami if you didn't try this place, it's gas!

Yikes This place was absolutely disgusting. The staff have no sense of cleanliness. Went through the drive thru and a worker was eating chicken, wiped her hands on her pants, then grabbed our order and handed it to us. A child knows better than to do that.

I wish I could give it zero stars. Ordered for curbside. I arrived and said I 'm here at 7:11 pm. Approximately 10 minutes later I clicked I 'm here again just to be safe. Gave me the same message and time as having arrived. 10 minutes later I started calling the number given. Called 4 times. Rang and rang. Nobody picked up. I finally walked in. The order was sitting in the carry out area with a time of 7:12 on it. It was 7:35. Several workers standing around not doing anything even though drive through was full. They were out of coke and ice but didn 't call me to tell me this or ask what to replace the coke with. Customer service is in a sad state. In addition, the strips seem to be getting smaller and smaller. I was excited to have Cane 's over here a year ago, but I won 't be going back now. Buyer beware.

Sauce was good.. nothing special. Chicken was juicy. Fries were under cooked.

It took over 30 minutes to get my food and there were so many people behind me that got their food. I. AM. UPSET. i also saw a roach. nasty
