However, when I reached the window, the same girl mentioned that they were short-staffed and that the online hours didn’t align with their actual closing time. I understand that staffing issues can be a challenge for many businesses nowadays, but as I looked inside the store, I saw three employees sitting down, engrossed in their phones! Is that really “short-staffed”? I don’t think so. It appeared that some staff members were simply too lazy to put down their phones and do their jobs, aside from the girl at the window who assisted me. I was relieved to receive my order, but the manager or owner must address this issue. As I was leaving, I noticed at least five cars behind me waiting to purchase donuts—who knows if they’ll even get to buy any? Just imagine how much more revenue the store could generate if they extended their hours a bit or at least updated their hours on Google so that customers know what to expect.

Make sure to enjoy Krispy Kreme's regular donuts while they're warm; they simply don't taste the same when cold. It's easy to see why these donuts have become a favorite among food enthusiasts. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly, even at such an early hour. I always appreciate that complimentary first donut!

I had a disappointing experience at the Fairview Heights location on Saturday, December 10, 2022. The cashier was quite rude and seemed uninterested in helping customers. Her attitude was unpleasant, and when I tried to use a birthday coupon, she acted like it was a nuisance. Additionally, the donut display was not properly stocked or clean. I regret not being able to get the young lady's name to provide more specific feedback.

Great place to stop to treat the family. The location really has to work on fulfilling its menu selection and fixing the menu screen. There were times recently it didn't seem they were open cause the menu screen light was broken. They run out of specialty flavors all the time though or just don't have what is being advertised. I'm sure this is hurting return business.

Outrageous prices for so so donuts. First time in 17 years I tried their donuts and probably the last. Don't see what all the fuss is about! Used the drive through and the staff was friendly.
