Charleys Philly Steaks

I?m going to go ahead and say, Charleys has the best sandwiches in Fairview Heights. California Chicken!!!!!!!!

If you're considering pickup or preordering, be aware that ordering and then waiting for your food to be cooked may not be a good idea. The staff mentioned they hadn't started preparing my order because the driver hadn't arrived yet. What a disappointing excuse!

I appreciate that the food was served hot, but I’m not sure what the point of pick-up is if the sandwiches aren’t at least ready and only drinks and fries are prepared. The staff who made my sandwich were quite rude. I mistakenly ordered the wrong type of sandwich, and they pointed to their screen, which confirmed my order. I understand that it can get busy, but a little patience would go a long way!

Quick and excellent service. We really enjoy the Chicken California sandwich and the strawberry lemonade.
