I'm not sure how the woman works in the morning, but she's truly remarkable. She greets me with a smile, uses fresh vegetables, and works quickly, ensuring everything is prepared efficiently. Her hands are clean, and she always wears fresh gloves while preparing food. I'm trying to catch any opportunity I can to visit this restaurant on my subway trips.

There is only one person working, which makes the service somewhat slow, but the food is still delicious and the place is kept clean.
