Hermosilla's Deli Market - Fairmont

I just moved here in August and we LOVE Hermosilla's! Sandwiches are around $10, but they're HUGE and there's a large variety of meats and cheeses to choose from. All meats and cheeses are sliced fresh to order. Sandwiches are incredibly fresh and delicious

Lived in Fairmont for 2+ years and always wanted to try them out. I finally get there on Saturday at 3:17pm and they're closed. So much for trying them out. Closing so early on a Saturday changed my opinion about getting a sub there or some deli meats.

First time here, first thing, I make my Connloi from scratch, traditionally. A friend of mine went to get one for me, first look at it was very disappointing first killer was the chocolate on the shell, (big no no). The filling was not even flavorful kind of bland. My sister and I stopped by to grab lunch while we were traveling through. This mom and pop shop is worth the stop. The food was so fresh and tasty. Bathrooms are clean and the staff are very friendly. If I ever find myself in WV again I will definitely come back.

The best sandwich I've ever had in West Virginia. If you are used to real east coast delis this spot will satiate your cravings for a proper Deli sandwich. Employees are friendly and helpful and the food is top notch. If you want to complain about the prices I invite you to head to the nearest jersey Mike's for a disappointing sandwich experience. You are paying for quality and that is what you get.
