Hungry, low on fuel in my vehicle, at 2:36 p.m. Saturday October 19th, I Walked in and proceeded to order two doubles with a medium fry. I continued toward home which I live approximately one mile away from the store, I want to sit down and relax and take my time to eat because I do not eat on the road, every time I go there there is something always wrong every single time I order food from that store, it is always wrong. So I return at 5:50 p.m. same day, to return the items that were rock hard and cold, With receipt and old items in hand. Cashier tells manager, manager yells from 20 ' away very loud with all the employees staring to see what 's going on, I will not replace your items. I said they are old and rock hard, its been 3 hours and some minutes that I had the food. I am on a fixed income I do not have money falling out of my a to drive around h 's creation to take care of what you should do right the 1st time, she replies again I am not going to replace your items. I 'm polite saying the food is old and cold, I 'm standing there waiting for the manager to come and talk to me, So she goes back to doing what she does best is walk around circles I would imagine, without getting any order right again I would imagine. And she mentions again I am not going to replace your food. I had no issues prior to having her as a manager because every time they messed up the order I would get it replaced no questions asked the period the lady was very obnoxious loud and she should be fired I don 't care who you are but you don 't treat customer service recipients like that ever. I 've been in customer service many times and you do not talk that way to people. I am getting in touch with corporate and having her a fired. And in this time of people in need of work and this virus stuff we are going through, there should be no reason that people have to beg for work. But this is one person that needs to be schooled!!!!!!!! I never had this ever happened to me in my life at any fast food place. It 's something was wrong anywhere else I came back with my receipt and the items they checked it out and replaced them. Like I said she 's probly a young girl with the blue managers shirt on she needs to be demoted to mopping floors!
Very good sweet tea..but the micdees..up by. britol is a dollar 6 yours is 145.. yes I have to say that your very cute ....and you are not in to big macks..
This evening, I encountered several issues at 955. First, my order was mixed up because the girl taking it couldn’t hear me properly—I had to repeat my simple burger order five times. I had my 2-year-old granddaughter in the car, and suddenly, I heard an inappropriate word come over the speaker. There was only one car in front of me, yet I had to wait 30 minutes once I reached the window. When the young man finally handed me my order, he did it so quickly that I didn’t even get a chance to ask for any sauces. It felt like he just vanished after that. It's incredibly frustrating, and I'm baffled by the whole experience.
This McDonald's is by far the best! The food is always fresh, the service is quick, and the staff is friendly.
