The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. However, when it comes to redeeming your vouchers for skill games, they prefer to give you money orders or load your winnings onto a card. Unfortunately, they typically charge a loading fee of around $4.95, which comes off as quite greedy. These are your winnings, and it’s clear that they are making a substantial profit, yet they still won’t provide cash like most other places do.

I have consistently had great service at this store, which is always clean, and the employees are exemplary! I've been a customer for over 27 years, and I genuinely don’t understand the negative comments from others. The staff is never rude, and the store maintains a high standard of cleanliness. Perhaps these customers have an issue with their own approach or attitude towards the staff, or maybe they’re confusing this store with local Wawa locations! I always choose this particular 7-Eleven over any others in the area, and if I’m not in Fairless Hills, I patiently wait until I’m back. This is truly the BEST STORE EVER! A special shout-out to Ali—I miss you, my old neighbor and friend! Mom and I are moving out of this complex in April—thank goodness!
