Starbucks - Fairlawn

I went this morning , and it’s a rainy day ,sorta feeling kinda Blah , well the staff there was so kind and pleasant, the lady that stood in the rain and took my order , greeted me with a smile , and smiled the whole entire time and offered sandwich suggestions, the lady at the window , engaged me in pleasant conversation while my drink of choice was brewing, I can honestly say my BEST service I received at Starbucks was on W.Market fairlawn location ! Thanks Ladies

Disrespectful staff, I don't know if it was a bad day or if there always like that but im not gonna go back to find out.

I ordered from this restaurant using my mobile phone, but unfortunately the experience was not what I had anticipated. Upon arrival, I noticed that my coffee did not look as expected. When I inquired about the manager, Emily informed me that there was a shortage. She did not offer any solutions or apologies. Additionally, she suggested adding more milk to the coffee without addressing the issue. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and quality of the food. My rating for this restaurant is a zero.

There was a time when Dieucks was somewhat decent. However, the coffee tastes like metal, the drinks are overly sweet, and their attempt at fancy finger sandwiches is laughable. If you want good coffee and want to support local businesses, go to Angel Falls in the Highlands or any other local coffee shops. Don't waste your money at Dieucks, it's not worth it.

The food is consistently good at this restaurant, but the service can be a problem due to lazy staff.
