Palace Pizza More - Fairhaven

I ordered a grilled chicken salad, expecting something simple. Unfortunately, the chicken lacked seasoning and flavor. I also requested pizza cheese but didn’t receive it. Overall, it was a very bland and tasteless salad for $11.

I've visited this restaurant several times as a lifelong resident of Fairport, but my experience today was the worst. I decided to customize my pasta, and instead of respecting my choices, the staff began discussing my decisions right in front of me! I just don’t understand why they would do that. I want to feel free to order my food without being judged. To make matters worse, it took 15 minutes for my meal to arrive, which only had three items. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to spend my money here again.

I arrived at 8:40 PM hoping to grab a quick sandwich, as the restaurant's hours stated it closed at 9:00 PM. However, all the doors were already locked, and the staff inside just watched us as we tried to enter through three different entrances. I won't be returning.

Let's see 14 $20 (with 1 topping) meh. Market basket 18 for less and also fresh. And the pizza was not cut, well, that I hold utensils in my car. Otherwise, friendly staff cooked faster than Market Basket. But if your hunger is over...

Have been going to Palace for years. Extremely disappointed. Ordered a linguicia pizza, some slices didn?t even have any meat on it as you can see below. Won?t be going back
