Urban Smoke Grille - Fairfield

The food here is absolutely good. I had the Philly with fries and it was giving mouth watering. I wish I could remember the bartender name that helped because she was all that do you hear me. We ordered rainbow shots they were good and the over atmosphere was good. Definitely good vibes good food I recommend this place for sure.

This a fine establishment. My only qualm with them is that if I get in line 30-40 mins before the kitchen closes my order should be taken and prepared. I waited in line behind maybe ten people and by the time I got to the front they unapologetically told me the kitchen was closed. There were ten people in line behind me. None of us were served. No other establishment is loke that if you get inside or in line before close they serve you. I usually order catfish with okra and 10-15 wings. The food is delicious. They just need to work on making sure the patrons in line before the kitchen closes get served.

Customer service was horrible. Food was very average. Nothing special at all. Wings were small and Over cooked, okra was over cooked and the drinks were mostly ice. Spent less at other places and gotten better. Waste of money.

The food/drinks was sooo good. Plus the hospitality was amazing as well. I ordered the Urban Chicken Philly and Ocean Breeze drink from the Bar.
