Rosanna's European Delights - Fairfield

The next day, I called and spoke with the owner, and my experience mirrored that of the previous reviewer. He told me that this is how his cakes are, and suggested I should have sampled something from his display first. He questioned why less cake was eaten and why I didn't bring back the half-eaten slices. He mentioned that he had made eight cakes and hadn’t received any complaints. He and one of his employees tasted it and believed it was fine. In the end, he offered no solution and spent the entire conversation defending the product. Customer service here is seriously lacking, and don’t expect any compensation if you’re unhappy. I ended up leaving the cake behind and walking out.

I had my daughter's wedding cake made here, and all our guests were thrilled with it. The decoration we requested was absolutely perfect. The cake was incredibly moist and not overly sweet, which everyone in my family loved. We all think this place is fantastic, and the staff was wonderful and friendly!

I absolutely adore their cakes!
