Little Caesars Pizza - Fairfield

I went in today to find out about my refund, and this is the most beautiful, dirty place and so are the workers. The Dirty look so-called manager Angela doesn't know how to be refunded or just doesn't want to. Mike sniffed his hands and never went to wash. They claimed my money on 23. June refunded and it is now 12. July and no refund yet. She put a friend on the phone so I can say I'm a DM, and she sounded as stupid as her friend before me and was hanging on me. I will make sure you lose a lot of business over 24.96....

People working are very friendly. Inside front counter was dirty. Being the front of the house you would expect cleanliness when entering.

Waited 35 mins for a cheese pizza. 2 people came out to the parking to ask what I ordered because they didn?t write down the order. Had to leave to get my child from daycare even though I had already paid. Came back 10 mins later to try to get my food. All 3 employees were outside smoking. Didn?t come to the drive thru window for 10 mins. 1 car drive away. I pulled up and a woman walked by the window repeatedly and ignored me for 10 mins. Even considering how short staffed they may be, this is terrible customer service.

First off I order a stuff crust pepperoni pizza and got a cheese pizza. So I called them and they said let me get your name and number and we will give a credit he put me on hold and forgot I was on holding hung up after being on hold for 15 minutes and called back and the phone still off the hook. Never again

Tried calling no one is answering. So here is my review. Got a deep dish that was way undercooked. Way too many toppings that looked like they were dumped on the pizza. That's not cheese you see that straight dough
