Fairfield Pizzeria

Wow! This pizza is amazing! I stopped by and will definitely make it a regular stop next time. From the moment you step in, you know it's the real deal! I tried the spinach wheels, and they were packed with spinach—definitely not skimping here. The eggplant and zucchini pizza was incredible too. I was pretty full after the spinach wheels, so I thought I'd just take a small slice of the eggplant pizza and a little pesto pizza. But once I started, I couldn't resist finishing ¾ of the eggplant slice, and the pesto pizza was just as hard to resist. I usually have a rule about not eating pizza until I'm stuffed to avoid feeling overly full later, but I broke that rule this time. However, there were so many well-balanced veggies on the pizza that I didn't feel sluggish or overly full afterward. It wasn't greasy at all. The crust was thin and crispy, and the sauce, cheese, vegetables, and spices were perfectly balanced. I felt like I was eating real food, not junk, when I finished.

Definitely the best pizza in Fairfield! My company has used Fairfield Pizza for our Christmas dinners, business meetings, and more, and they never disappoint. Their service is outstanding and the prices are very reasonable.

They make a good pizza.
