Was amazed to see how popular this restaurant was on a Monday night.The menu is extensive the food yummy and the service quite efficient.Hadn't been here for a while.Highly recommend the seafood bento box

Place was very busy but service was quick and efficient, menu was not innovative but they served fresh, traditional food in large serves. wine list was reasonable but not enough wines by the glass. would certainly recommend it.

I have been going to this restaurant for a number of years. It is consistently excellent. The miso soup is great and so is the sashimi.

Decided to try this place last Saturday night.For Entree, we ordered the Waygu Beef Sushi, Tempura Vegetables and Takoyaki.If you are a big eater, then I suggest you order 2 of everything as the serving sizes are quite small.The 2 pieces of Waygu Beef were on a small amount of rice, measuring about 3 centimeters and did not even touch the sides.The Tempura Vegetables, were tasty, but the batter was a bit too thick.The Takoyaki (deep fried octopus balls) were delicious.For main course we ordered the House Special (for 2), which was a selection of sushi, sashimi and seaweed rice rolls. However, for the price of $52.80, I would have expected a bit more than what was presented to us. Most of the plate (the main course came in a wooden boat) consisted of sashimi. I was really looking forward to some some sushi etc, but the must of thought I was a dolphin and gave me a plate mostly of raw fish.I will admit that it was fresh and tasty, but if I am spending close to $100 for a meal, then I do not want to leave still hungry.Luckily, there was a pizza shop across the road that filled me up.To be honest, the service was good, the food was tasty, but just small servings.
