I forgot to check if they are vegetarian, so I'm wondering if I just found them so delicious because they contain pork!? hopefully not. I loved the taste of the beans and found them also a great (and necessary) supplement to the tacos and quesadillas, because the main dishes were so light. the main dishes – makula Pilzquesadilla and the red Kuri-Quark-Tacos (a special) were good, but I felt they both did not season. the ingredients were very fresh, but they just didn't seem for me – and at $11 and $12 for these dishes (compared to just $4 for the bons), I wish we had ordered more drilling and one of the main jumps. However, with tiny tweaks (although only salt) I think these main dishes would have tasted as well as they saw. I also give más masa 4/5 “green stars” for social and ecological reasons, based on these reasons: • I like to use mais and be bored their varieties – it is important to support them for various reasons. • they mention that they want to support local organic farmers as well as various foods. • some of the elements on the menu have listed sources (e.g. rosie biohun, sky hill farms feta). • it would be nice to see a bit more information about the purchase on the website or the menu, considering that they want to make a point to support different food and local organic farmers. • the menu is somewhat more oriented to the omnivores, but there are a few vegetarian and vegan options. • they do a good work to avoid commercial products (so this, hot sauce, etc. make them in-house instead. • their bier selection favors local breweries such as fort point and russian river. • the same applies to wein, and it is nice that they have bio marin kombucha on tape. • they served the chicha morada with a straw, but it was made out of paper I would say that they do a good work to avoid waste (supplier, etc. interest in writing green stars reviews? if so, contact me!
Restaurant has vegan and vegetarian options. I loved the cauliflower tacos and the Chicha-Morada drink.
I had the cauliflower tacos. this is the only vegan option on the menu except for an salad. the tacos were in order, they made their own blue mais tortillas that tasted so well and they gave me a fermented jalapeño salsa put on the head. it's a little expensive for two tacos, but they were good.
We have chips guac, Peruvian corn, cauliflower tacos of the vegan salad.
