Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Great fried chicken house salad and customer service is great.

I have ordered online how to suggest all shields around the building, but you still have to sit and wait in the drive thru! Ridiculous! Why apply something that is not cheap at all! The worst place I've ever visited and so every time!

That was my first time here. I took my children here. We were in thru for about 1 1/2 hours!! When we came to the window, we had to wait for our lemonade for 5 minutes because they had to go to the dining area to get it. To get it out of the lid wasn't safe. The Pommes were hard and burned. I don't know if I'm going back!

Customer service was really nice and the food was just as I wanted. Thank you.

I love Zaxbys but this location is the worst. I came last week and placed an order online, waited over an hour and ended up canceling and getting a refund because my food was never made. Tried again today, placed an order online (30 minutes in advance to give time) and when I get here to pickup the food, not ready. Was told they don?t do online orders until the customer arrives, which what is the point of placing an online order if when you get there it won?t be ready. I get it you may be short staffed, but your dining room is empty, and yes there are cars in the drive thru but all orders should be treated the same.
