Wendy's - Fairbanks

I usually don't have any issues with this place; the food is always hot and the burgers come with plenty of sauce. However, this time my Jr. Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie Bag was missing the burger patty—only the lettuce, bacon, and bun were included. It's a bit disappointing.

Although the other dishes are tasty, I've ordered the 6 Piece French Toast Sticks through DoorDash twice, and both times they were missing from my order. Just a heads-up about that.

The nuggets were spicy. Spicy hurts for me. And the fries soggy! No sweetand sour and I just dont recommend door dashingwendsys

The Baconator is something that I get often. This time there was so much ketchup, mustard and mayo that it was falling apart. As for the fries: they were cold, somewhat expected of a DoorDash order, but the dasher wasnt the reason for this. Also, there was no salt in the fries AND my large fry container was MAYYYYBE 1/2 full. No, I did not ask for salt free fries.

I'm not sure what happened in the last month, but I've lived here for about six years and always avoided this Wendy's—until recently. About a month ago, I had the best Baconator I've ever tasted at a Wendy's. The sauce proportions were perfect, with just the right amount of ketchup and mayo, and they never skimp on the lettuce or tomato. The bun was nice and fresh, and the quality has been consistent since then. On top of that, the fries are always hot and fresh. I've been ordering from here ever since!
