フィードバックを提供するI'm really frustrated with how often I try to pick up my order inside only to find the doors locked. On top of that, they consistently forget to include items in my order. They really need to improve their hiring practices.
I believe I’m done with N. Pole fast food. During my last visit, the Bell was out of taco meat, and this time, when I pulled up, they laughed and told me they were out of soda after I had already paid online. There was no discount, no refund, just a simple “sorry, we’re out.” For a $35 order, it’s something different every week. I’ve had enough. I’ll just drive to Fairbanks to get food for my family there.
The dining room was closed for safety reasons so we preceded to walk through the drive through and they refused to take our order and slam the drive through window in our face. We tried explaining to them our van wouldn 't fit in the drive through and they still wouldn 't take our order. The only safety reason I could think of is me being hungry at 9:30 PM.
Waited 20 min in drive thru. No order taken. Was able to just drive through past both windows.
Really hit or miss, the drive-through can be extremely slow sometimes, and they either give me the wrong food or miss something 25% of the
