Kfc - Fairbanks

I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. It's the only KFC in town, and I won't be returning. The staff were disinterested and sluggish, and the chicken portions were the smallest I've ever encountered. Honestly, there's not much more to add—I'd recommend steering clear of this KFC.

The order was incorrect, and the overall cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The floors were sticky, and all the tables were dirty.

My hamburger was not prepared correctly according to my order, and it was also pink and cold inside, indicating it wasn’t fully cooked. However, the sugar-free root beer was delicious, and everyone else’s meals turned out great.

My husband and I came to the Fairbanks Alaska KFC to eat an early dinner. at the KFC’s we have been to, you pick them up at the counter on a tray for dine in. When our name was called, I went to the counter…not there, then I went to the delivery/pickup window inside, there were two other orders, I asked which one was for Stan, and the lady behind the counter got VERY rude and said I called your name 3 times and shoved my order towards me. We have never been treated this rudely before, especially for asking a simple question. This person should NOT be allowed to work with the customers. We definitely WONT be back!!!
