フィードバックを提供するThis place is a very interesting place as it is like most sub sandwich places. Items are predictable but tasty. Prices were a little higher but there is a reason why. The company gives large and small grants to fire departments around their local area. My city fire department just got a 40K grantDietary restrictions: I was excited to see that they had a gluten free bread option.
Left after a half-hour. Not the first time service was this bad. They always seem to be working on some giant door-dash order.
I'm rating this on chain sandwich shops, not food in general. For a Firehouse sub, it was good. I find their subs a bit expensive, and some of the flavors are not for me. However, I have ordered 2 times on this trip, and the consistency has been on point. My additions were added, it was delivered fast. (Door Dash) And it didn't make me sick. So, again if you like these types of sandwiches, then you should have a good experience here. I tried the Italian, and the beef and cheddar. I honestly would try the beef again, without bbq sauce.
The food is decent. The wait is RIDICULOUS.5 people waiting for their sandwiches when I ordered. 25 MINUTES it took them to make 5 sandwiches?!If you have people spending their entire lunch break waiting for their food you should lower the prices. 17 bucks for 1 sandwich is madness, but I guess with slow production, prices need to be high.
Food is never made the same twice, I went last month and my sandwich might as well have been all bread no meat or veggies. Yesterday I went in and ordered and waited 20 minutes for our food while the guy who showed up ten minutes after me got his right away. I was also sickened when I noticed one of the guys (a larger white guy) working there grabbed bread off the broiler and held it against his shirt while he walked to bring it to his station to prepare it .
