The novelty of cooking your own soup right in front of you is an experience in itself, but the delicious and healthy ingredients, attentive service, and cleanliness of the facilities will definitely bring customers back. It’s quite surprising to find this gem next to a pawn shop in the old Burger King building next to a hot tub store. It’s also enjoyable to hear so much Mandarin being spoken in Fairbanks, and the popularity of this place among tourists from China is a testament to its quality. The sauce bar is what truly sets the hot pot apart. It’s a great way to warm up on a chilly day!
