Arby's - Fairbanks

No idea who works the night shift on Saturday, but the person in the window was super slow. and then we forgot our drinks, we had to wait for the time to get our drinks. the last time we came here, everything was fast and punctual, tonight it wasn't. we could not even order the latest steakhouse burger, as something is wrong in the restaurant. it is a new building and is not long opened, they come, the things should work great. also the door was locked in the area.

Sooo disappointed. in the restaurant there is an salad on the menu. I have a zöliakie and was excited to see something safe as the rest of my family has eaten here. I ordered the salat. then it was said that they have no salate (it is in the menu). I have no salate except that the cashier asked the manager in the service (or who was the layer) if she an salat. this person then feels the need to tell me quite rudely that all almost food restaurants get rid of their salads, so do not harass to ask about them. as if they entertained me about the salt availability in all food facilities everywhere and she was not friendly. perhaps arby's eclectic salat, but this is a far cry of all almost eat restaurants everywhere. if the rest of my family had not already ordered and paid, we would have left.

Had never waited long. personal was always very friendly and the food order is always perfect! I'm sorry, someone has crashed into her building. I'm glad we have more opportunities on this side of the city. they have the flesh!

Terrible! I can't believe someone's doing it so badly. sure, there is a personal lack; workers are burned, etc. but that is it? no excuses for this mülle!

First experience wasnt the best but a wonderful ladie reached out to and asked them to give them another shot. SO GLAD I did, sandwhiches were fresh and yummy, services was amazing the girl working the window on 8/29/21 at about 4pm is amazing and so kind and friendly! Truly enjoyed the experience
