Carvel Ice Cream - Fair Lawn

I've lived near this Carvel my entire life. While I've never really liked their hard ice cream, their soft serve is definitely my favorite, especially the vanilla and chocolate flavors (the others just don't have much flavor). However, after visiting this location for 25-30 years, I was disappointed during my recent visit on buy one get one free sundae day. When I asked for a waffle bowl for one of my sundaes and offered to pay extra for it, they said it wasn't included and outright refused to serve it in a waffle bowl. I had to...

The staff is always very friendly, and the daily specials at Carvel are fantastic!

This Carvel location is excellent, known for its high-quality ice cream, shakes, soft serve, and cakes.

It's good but the coffee flavour is not as strong as cold Stone or absolute zero. The topping selection is limited but the staff themselves worked fast

To begin with, in my opinion, Carvel has the best tasting ice cream. This particular parlor has excellent attentive and caring staff. I really enjoyed my visit there and love/d the ice cream.
