I was delighted to discover a restaurant offering vegan dishes in Eswatini. They have a dedicated vegetarian menu, which actually consists entirely of vegan options. During our visit in winter, we were able to sample a delicious bean stew served with a choice of pap or rice, vegetables, and cornbread. The plate also included fried slices of potato sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon, a unique and tasty treat. The staff recommended trying their homemade waterberry juice, which was incredibly delicious and a new experience for me. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience and a wonderful opportunity to taste authentic local cuisine.
