フィードバックを提供するThe store claims to be open until 8 PM on both Google and the Starbucks app. I drove over 30 minutes to get there because my partner needed to stay up late tonight, and all the Starbucks locations closer to me had already closed by 7 PM. When I arrived, just before 7:30 PM, the barista informed me that they were closed anyway. Because I opted to come to this location, I didn’t have enough time to reach another one before they all shut down at 8 PM. To the manager of this store, please update your hours if you're going to waste people's time like this.
I visited this Starbucks yesterday and had a wonderful experience. My coffee was fantastic, and they made my little girl's day by helping us with her complex coffee order!
The woman making the drinks seemed clearly unhappy, and I do sympathize with her. However, she only whispered the names of the drinks as she handed them out. She served the drink for the person behind me first, and since she whispered the name, I mistakenly thought it was mine and picked it up. Later, someone else picked up my drink, believing it was theirs due to the order in which we all placed our orders. When they asked her which drink it was, she completely ignored them. It was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, with the ongoing pandemic, it's definitely not safe for random people to be mixing up and handling each other's drinks. Unfortunately, this woman left us with no other options.
We came here on Sunday evening after we finished our target shopping. We waited as second in queue(not exactly) and staff who was attending the previous customer did not bother to get our order or inform that he will or someone will take care of us. He looked at us but not bothered at all. Another lady staff went for a break came in and she did not even care to ask???. We did not expect our order to be served immediately but a Courtesy of asking or ask to wait could have been better instead of no care attitude. May be they think that we will leave the place and that?s what I was thinking too. But after sometimes both the staff discussed something and attended us. The service for us was quick though. But the initial experience was worst. We did not make any scene or we did not went on their store closing time. We stopped by 6.40 pm. Hope they consider this to improve.
Staff on their phones. Asked if I wanted whip cream and then said there?s no whip cream but didn?t check if there was whip cream in the back/etc. Tried scanning the QR code and said they weren?t able. Then tried using stars and they said also couldn?t do that. Ended up charging on a debit card, receiving no stars from the purchase. My friend who was after me asked for cold foam, and staff member wrote cold foam on the cup. Then, did not put cold foam, and was charged for the cold foam. Line was long, we left, but overall very unsatisfactory experience.
