The person at the counter spent nearly 10 minutes on the phone while another employee just stood by, seemingly uninterested in helping with my pickup order. When I finally saw the pizza, it barely had any toppings at all, and when I inquired about them, I found they were mostly hidden under the cheese—which was also lacking. The two-topping pizza looked more like a plain cheese pizza. I wasn't in the mood to argue, but I was taken aback by the employee's attitude, as if they were doing everything right.
I tried Papa John's pizza for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious! I can't wait to go back soon!
I've never had worse pizza in my life. We ordered two big pizzas. One of the pizzas was a big white pizza. When it arrived, it was burned and it was so hard that it cracked like a cracker. When I called the store to complain, the person who answered the phone said that the thin crust should crack like a cracker and it is in the oven as well as any other pizza, so he was not sure why it would be burned. Customer service was incredibly bad and there was no attempt to correct the problem. Please be warned if you may want to order from here. The pizza is just terrible and the customer service is even worse. But if you want to make a pizza, that's your place.
The crew at Beavet Creek house improvement liked pizza, fast delivery and well cooked
I've ordered pizza here several times before migrating to other Papa John chain, where I have to drive additional 1.5 miles due to their inconsistency. Every chain has a direction from amount of toppings that's measured in cups, pre-measured crust, and conveyor oven that bakes these pies on consistent basis to eliminate human errors. How they bake their pies with such inconsistency is beyond me. They threw in wrong toppings on my pies that I didn't order and when asked for well done pizza (due to heavy toppings), they manage to almost burn it. Don't bother asking for extra sauce (sauce was very lacking on previous pie) since someone likes to have fun and completely drown it in marinara sauce as to warn me never to order it like this again. Other times it seemed very good Papa John's pizza that I favor over four other chain stores.
