Pizza Hut - Ewing

Great pizza! It was affordable and delivered hot to my car. Thank you!

The customer service was disappointing. I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes without anyone assisting me. I ended up leaving and going to Chuck's instead, even though I was craving Pizza Hut. It seems like you could benefit from having a new manager or more staff!

I spoke with a representative who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I asked to speak to the manager, she simply told me she was the manager. I pointed out that she needed to improve her customer service and inquired if there was any solution to my issue. She then suggested either placing my order again or processing a refund. When I asked if the new order would take another two hours, she said it depended on the availability, as they were sold out of everything. My response was, why would they offer to take my order when they're out of stock? She then hung up on me, and when I tried to call back, no one answered. After about five attempts, I finally reached someone in Texas. Apparently, they use a third-party response service. Each time I contacted them, I was given the same vague timeline. After about an hour, I finally spoke to someone who assured me that I would be refunded within 3-5 business days. They lack proper customer service and their employees need better training. I will never order from them again.

Once two years ago, when my bf and I visited my family. Everything was delicious, but the dry fried chicken wings were the highlight for me. Recently I was back in town where I visited my family, and I couldn't go without having some chicken wings back. I live so sad in la and can't have them more often.

It was nice to fine one open, the bread sticks were awesome, the pizza was good we were expecting a pan pizza it was thinner seemed to be made different. It was good enough to drive nearly 10 miles again someday.
