Kseni Mademoiselle - Evergreen

Oh, my God, you have to come here! the burger was absolutely amazing! I got the illegal cream cheese and it was very spicy, but feasible with a moderate range for spicy things. The Rosemary Parmesan truffles Aïoli Fritten are for dying and the season waffles fries (which are called illegal fries) with their gourmet sauce is absolutely delicious. Not to mention, but not least that the vanilla milkshake was impeccably drinkable not too thick, not to runny simply perfect and exquisite.

I'm in the area of dogs again and I wanted to try something new. The burger was fantastic. I could taste all the flavors that were there. Includes cream cheese, jalapeños and crispy onions. The Pommes were rather unspectacular. The use of the diving sauce made a big difference and made the frits better. The service was hmmm. Nothing special. I didn't feel like they even took care of us being there. No problem. Would I come back? For the burger yes. Fritten and service not so much.

Great place creative tasty burgers awesome fries with good sauce a lil on the pricey side but worth it.

This is a fantastic little burger joint! There are multiple locations, but we opted for the Evergreen one, which might have better parking than the downtown Denver area. We tried the Avocado Burger, the Illegal Cheese Burger, and the Godfather Burger, and everything was delicious. I ordered the cheeseburger, and while the peppers were spicy and perfectly cooked, my only downside was that it was a bit dry compared to the other two burgers. If you order the burger, you might want to ask for it to be a little juicier or request extra sauce on the side. The green chili fries were excellent, too! I’d say the portion of the fries is enough to share between two people. Overall, this is a great spot, and I definitely want to go back!

Two words: Amazing and Messy! Upon entering, we were warmly welcomed by a cheerful voice. The restaurant was clean and inviting, and the food was simply fantastic and delightfully messy! I highly recommend it if you're craving hamburgers and don't mind a bit of a mess.
