フィードバックを提供するThe. Best. Croissant. I’ve. Ever. Had.Ohhhh my goodness y’all here we go: I was in evergreen for about 5 days and we ate here twice! So many good things to recommend but first let me start off with the atmosphere: it has a relaxed natural glow frl natural elements everywhere. It’s so warm, inviting and cozy. The staff are incredible. Very knowledgeable about their processes and menu. Ok FINALLY we can talk about the croissant ?. SO FLAKY, butter and the crisp! Omg. Listen to the video ?. If I lived here I would eat here or easily three times a week at least. GO HERE.Recommendations: any croissant but the chocolate is my personal favorite, the pastry that has the name queen in it, the avocado toast plate, and their chocolate sourdough bread.
Always a consistently great experience! Elevated food (can’t beat breakfast made with home made sour dough and croissants), great coffee, and lovely service in a relaxed atmosphere. Great shaded patio in summer. Well-behaved dogs seem welcome on patio.Food: 5/5
Hands down this a secret gem, that is now not so much of a secret gem. We have been coming here on and off for a few years now. We(my wife and I) absolutely love it here. What a great atmosphere and ambiance. They consistently put out really delicious food and their bread is amazing. The staff couldn't be more nicer or helpful.Looking forward to coming back again for delicious food and great coffee. Highly recommend you check out the Evergreen Bread and Cocktail lounge.
Lovely patio with a mountain view: . Several well behaved doggies with their owners. It is upstairs, or go to the end of the building for an elevator. Enjoy!Dietary restrictions: Carnivore extremely low carb Keto. A la carte scrambled eggs and crispy bacon were delicious! Wherever they get the bacon ? It is super:
Ordered 3 baguettes. Email and TXT said they would be ready at 8:20. I arrived and was told they would not be ready until 9. I could take a refund (after driving 20 minutes to get there) or wait 40 minutes or they would give me a sour dough loaf. They never offered to refund the difference between the sourdough loaf and the 3 baguettes. I took the sourdough and just won't bother to shop there again. The bread's are excellent but the service perenially sucks because they sell out despite the crazy high prices and the lousy service.
